The
Uttar Pradesh Technical University is functioning on the campus of
Institute of Engineering And Technology Lucknow, Sitapur Road,
Lucknow (U.P.). During the Academic session 2002-2003. The
university has affiliated more than 145 Private/Govt./Govt. added
technical institutes of U. P., imparting education in the field of
Engineering, Technology, Computer Application, Architecture,
management, Rural Management, Hotel Management, Pharmacy
and Master’s degree successfully.
The Technical
University has been successful in Curriculum- Development as well as
in the publication ordinances and syllabi etc. for the various
courses. more than 75 Thousands students are studying at the
various institutes affiliated to it.
Registrar
office :
The Registrar office is the main working functionary of
technical university, and registrar is the the Custodian of
University's seal & records. He is the first
Administrator, The registrar overall supervises the offices, stores
with other move and chattels, take care of deals in the General
Administration, legal cases, matter of affiliation, reorganization,
Admission related matters and any other function assigned by the
Vice Chancellor.

Department :
Finance
Department is responsible for all matters related to Finance and
accounts of the university such as examination fees of the students
received through affiliated colleges, accounting, auditing, salaries
and other related matters.
Examination
cell :
conducts
the Examinations of all courses run by the University and maintains
high standards of confidentiality during the total process of
examination. This is worthy to note here that the U. P. Technical
University examinations are the largest examination in the field of
technical education all over the country.
